Importing a CSV is part of a paid plan. It takes an email column — name, title, company and domain are read when present — up to 1000 contacts a file. Checking and enriching are included with your credits. Update emails looks for a new address for contacts found undeliverable and adds it as the Updated email, keeping the original: 5 credits for each new address found, nothing when none is.
